Jason Matthews successfully launched both a national construction supply company and a national supplier diversity consulting firm that opened in February 2001. He oversaw the contract management, operational, and financial responsibilities of both of these companies during their participation in national construction projects and corporate/government agency procurement. To this day Jason continues to champion efforts to unlock larger procurement opportunities for minority and women suppliers to private businesses and government agencies.
Jason and his wife co-founded W. Blazer Holdings in 2008. In 2012, Jason recognized the opportunity to expand the company's real estate services to the oil and gas industry, specifically land services and engineering. In 2013, the Western Pennsylvania Minority Supplier Diversity Council named W. Blazer "Supplier of the Year."
Jason was recently named a 2015 Finalist of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
A Los Angeles native, Jason is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he played basketball and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Jason is a father of three and enjoy's sharing his free time with family and coaching his son's high school basketball team.

Douglas Dorsey is a talented real estate professional with almost 20 years of expertise in the residential investment arena. With strong knowledge in the areas of financial analysis, acquisition, community redevelopment and disposition of real estate assets that date back to the early 1990’s, Doug excels in community liaison engagement processes and pre-development coordination.
In his role at W. Blazer, Doug also brings the ability to offer legal perspectives as an attorney. He has both transactional and litigation experience obtained from working on multi-million dollar matters on behalf of Fortune 100 firms at both state and federal levels.
Doug has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Doug is a father of two and a life student of philosophy.
